Ranthambore is one of the Rajasthan's last residual sizeable areas of forest and savannah. Golden triangle tour with tiger safari is located between the Vindhya and Aravali range of hills. Ranthambore tiger reserve is situated in the state of Rajasthan, India. The safari times at Ranthambore National Park may change slightly depending on the weather at different times of the year. Ranthambore's were once part of the jungles covering central India and forests are of the tropical dry deciduous type.

Day 1: Delhi
Arrival in Delhi and be met by our representative at the airport welcoming you to India with fresh flowers. Transfer to the Hotel for immediate occupancy of the rooms already reserved for you. Overnight in Delhi.


Day 2:Delhi
Today explore the city of Delhi with exclusive guide. This is the capital city of India, and can be called as a major gateway to the country. Delhi is one of the most important metropolitan in India, as it is the city of power. It has a very good combination of both modern, as well as ancient culture. In these more than 2000 years of its existence, there has been the origin of seven cities, where the traditional Indian capital is situated now.

Your sightseeing will include all the major attractions of Delhi like Red fort (which was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. The premises of the Red Fort houses a number of beautiful buildings like Diwan-i-Aam, Diwan-i-Khas and Rang Mahal), Jama Masjid (It is the largest mosque in India and was built in 17th Century. A cupboard is located at the Mosque which contains a collection of prophet Muhammad's relics, a red beard-hair of the prophet and his sandals),Chandni chowk (which was once the richest street market in the world), Qutub Minar (This tower dated back to 12th century. This minar or tower has many historical values) and the government buildings like Parliament House, President House, India Gate,etc.

Day 3:Delhi - Agra (203 km)
In the morning proceed for Agra by car at 1000 hrs after having your leisurly breakfast. The drive will take 4 hours and you will be there by lunch time. Rest of the day is free for shopping or other leisure activities. You will also have time to explore this historic city on your own. Sometimes government allows the tourist to visit the Taj Mahal during late evenings to see "The Taj at Moon". This is an experience that cannot be expressed in words, hence one has to be there to feel this magic. This visit can also be arranged for the clients (optional).


Day 4
Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur (240 km):
Agra is the unique Mughal City, where the world marvels at the epitome of love, beauty and sacrifice, The Taj-Mahal one of the wonders of the world. So overwhelming is the magic monument, that Agra has been immortalized, as the City of the Taj. The most modern areas of the town, such as the cantonment, dates back over a hundred years.

Your City Tour will include – Sikandra (the Tomb of King Akbar), Agra fort with its exquisitely rich palaces, Itmud-Ud-Duala and the magnificent TAJ MAHAL -about which legion of tributes have been written. Overnight in Agra.


Day 5: Agra to Jaipur (250 Kms):
In the morning proceed for Jaipur at 0930 hrs. Enroute visit to Fatehpur Sikri, the ancient capital of King Akbar. This deserted city lies along the top of a ridge. This new capital had to be abandoned, only 14 years after it was created, due to lack of water. But the splendid palaces and mosques remain as a dream. However, this ghost city, is worth a view for its buildings, and can be classified into religious and architectural wonders. After sightseeing, continue journey to Jaipur, reach there by late afternoon. The evening is free for your shopping or other pleasure activities. You can also experience the magic of Jaipur by taking a walk in the bye lanes of old city. A dinner (optional) can also be arranged in an ethnic restaurant to get the true flavour of Rajasthani culture, hospitality and its cuisine.

Day 6 Jaipur to Delhi (260 Kms):
Jaipur This evening proceed for a half day tour of Amber Fort. For an experience that's truly royal, visitors can reach the fort through snaking pathways on elephant back. In Amber, you will see magnificent palaces, with walls covered with mirrored mosaic. The fort is built in red sandstone and white marble; the palace complex has very interesting apartments, the like of which are not to be found anywhere else in the country. In the afternoon, visit the City Palace and Jantar Mantar- the astronomical observatory. The palace has an extensive collection of art, carpets, enamelware and old weapons. The Jantar Mantar was built by Maharaja Jai Singh in 1728, a testament of his passion for astronomy. Also visit the five storyfa<;:ade of the HawaMahal, or Palace of the Winds. Overnight in Jaipur.

Start your city Tour with an early morning visit to the Fort of Amer, which was the capital of ancient Rajputs. Ride up to the gates on elephant back and explore the great fortress palace buildings. Amer or Amber was the former capital of the Kachhwaha Rajputs, for many centuries. The Palace and the Jaigarh fort show distinct Mughal influence. Spend rest of the time visiting -City Palace (an true example of imposing blend of traditional Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. The Maharaja of Jaipur still lives in part of the palace), Jantar Mantar Observatory (This is the largest of five observatories built during 18th century. Its massive masonry instruments are of an extraordinary precision & can still be used to measure local time, the sun's declination and altitude, the declination of fixed stars & planets & also to determine the time of an eclipse of the sun), & Palace of Winds (Hawa Mahal) and other local attractions in Jaipur.

After sightseeing, proceed to Delhi by car as per your flight timings. The driver will drop you to International Airport to catch your flight back home. Continuetion from Day 6 – Jaipur to Ranthambore (160 Kms)
After sightseeing of Jaipur, proceed to Sawai Madhopur (Ranthambore) by car. The drive will take three hours. Overnight in Sawai Madhopur.

Day 7 Ranthambore:
The National Park of Ranthambore is one of the finest tiger reserves in the country, under the Project Tiger. Ranthambhor sanctuary has a large numbers of sambar, chittal, nilgai, chinkara, langurs, wild boar and peafowl. While deer congregate here to drink water, fresh water crocodiles, can be seen basking in the winter sun to regulate their body temperature. The lake also attracts a large number of migratory and local birds. The local fauna of the Park includes leopard, hyena, Jackal, Jungle cat, sloth bear and a little population of pythons. The majestic predators, assured of protection, roam freely during the daytime and can be seen at close quarters.

Go for morning Jungle safari and then evening safari in open canter with naturalist (wild life Guide). You will also have a chance to visit Ranthambore Fort. Ranthambores gloriously past manifests itself in this fort. Built in 10th Century atop steep high creek, the fort wall runs round the summit and has a number of semi-circular bastions, some with sheer drops of over 65 m and stunning views. Ruined pavilions, walls and splendid monuments are interspersed within the majestic fort.

Overnight in Sawai Madhopur.


Day 8 Ranthambore to Delhi (360 Kms) :
Go for one more jungle safari early in the morning and come back by the time of breakfast. Relax in the Hotel till lunch time and after lunch, proceed to Delhi by car as per your flight timings. The driver will drop you to International Airport to catch your flight back home.
